^{Eze. 11:17} I, the Sovereign Lord, will gather you back from the nations where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel once again.’ Isa. 11:11--In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to bring back the remnant of his people, those who remain in Assyria and northern Egypt;  in southern Egypt, Ethiopia, and Elam; in Babylonia, Hamath, and all the distant coastlands. Throughout Old Testament prophecy it is predicted that Jews from all over the world will move to Israel. For decades many nations of the world have stood alongside Israel, but now it seems only America is still favorable to the little nation surrounded by others wanting to destroy it. Not long ago it was hard to fathom that the world would turn its back on Israel, but it is happening around the globe. We should not be surprised at this homecoming for the Scriptures have predicted it for centuries. What it also demonstrates that the hate for Jews is spiritual in darkness and the opposition to God's blessing. 

But why now, why is it quickening?  Recently on the prophecynewswatch.com a story title captured it this way, "Why Western Jews are Coming Home to Israel."  Europe and America was where Jewish families rebuilt after the Holocaust. The term for Jews returning home is Aliyah and in 2025 , 22,522 new immigrants arrived in Israel.  More importantly is where the immigration arose: United States, France, Canada and United Kingdom all rose by a collective 38%. Antisemitic incidents rose in all these "Western" countries and continue to rise. Ironically, Israel is under constant threat in their region and Jews in the West face the same. When people are asked as to why they protest here against Israel many are not sure but bought into Israel killing and stealing land. The reality is the land has always belonged to Israel, given to them by Yahweh. Israel only defends itself unlike all the aggressors, mainly Muslim, surrounding this small nation. For centuries many groups and nations have tried to eradicate Israel but it always survives. God has promised to never allow the Jews to be wiped out and nothing has proven othewise. 

For Bible believing followers the facts are impossible to ignore. The regathering of Jews to Israel points to the great prophetic themes before the return of Christ. It is a warning to the West, a sign of Jewish strength and legacy, and the ever represent reminder that God will not forget His promises.

Finally, another prophetic sign is coming to pass this day. The training of 150,000 men to care for a new Jewish temple is taking place. Not since 70 AD has there been a temple, but now the training for its coming and usage is under way. 55% of Jews are supporting the rebuilding a Third Temple which is an incredible development in the last few years. Its foundations have been repaired, the collection of religious elements to go inside it are prepared and now a new class of priests are being trained up. The judgment of God's wrath in the tribulation speaks of the temple being desecrated by the antiChrist so we understand by faith the temple will be rebuilt, the possibility has never been this concrete in the world's history. So many signs point to this generation as being the one that witnesses the Lord's return. 

The hope of restoration against the coming judgment of God is beginning to prove what Christ followers know all along, the coming day of the Lord is near. Pray for Israel, whence our Savior has come and will return.
